Model 3500

Designed for high speed, multi-shift operation the Model 3500 horizontal wrapper is the ideal choice where performance and reliability are required. Constructed with a heavy duty modular frame, this machine is equally at home as a basic wrapper or a high speed wrapper with fully automatic product feeders operating at very high speeds. The wrapper accommodates a wide range of heat sealable films.

Three sets of tiltable fin wheels are standard on the machine. They are used to accurately control the film for high speed wrapping of your smallest to largest products. A control panel with graphic display allows convenient monitoring and control of the wrapper. Photo electric eye for registered print films is standard

Unique EZSET control of crimper phasing allows the crimper position to be set while the machine is running. This saves valuable set-up time. All the controls for changing from one size product to another can be adjusted by hand. No tools are required. We have placed these adjustments on the front of the machine for quick size changes.
